Meditation

In our everyday life we constantly hear outside sounds. The sound of the voice, the sound of the wind, the sound of the rain, the sound of the birds, the sound of the city, the sound of each movement.

But we rarely have the chance to stop for a moment and listen to another type of sound. The inner sound. The sound of ourselves. And it is this sound we seek in our meditation practice: the inner sound, the sound of our heart, the sound of our unique essence. And it is precisely when we can surpass outer sound and dive into the inner sound that we create the space to explore our consciousness and approach, layer by layer, everything we have in us, our fears, our dreams, our emotions, our thoughts. We begin an inner journey, individual and unique, that will give us a better understanding of ourselves and of the world around us.
